Patricia began copying cartoons and fashion mannequins from the newspaper at an early age. Her first formal training was at The Art Institute of Chicago. She continued her studies in Europe. While art was always important to her, she put her own art on the back burner while raising her children and pursuing other endeavors. In recent years her passion for art has again emerged to become the creative focus of her life.

Nature is the most important source of inspiration for Patricia. “I love natural beauty, whether outdoors or in the human form. And I try to convey the emotions I’m feeling in my paintings.”
